Per Board policy, St. Clair County Community College is committed to ensuring that information provided through online content is accessible to students, prospective students, employees, guests and visitors with disabilities, particularly those with visual, hearing and manual impairments or who otherwise require the use of assistive technology to access information.

The College is committed to taking the action necessary to be in
compliance with the requirements of Sections 504 and 508 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., 29 U.S.C. § 794 and
34 C.F.R. Part 104); Section 255 of the Communications Act of 1996; and
Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. §
12131), as amended.
