Walgreens is now offering talking prescription labels to blind customers. The talking labels are free to blind pharmacy customers in all 8,100 Walgreens stores. They can also be ordered through mail order. Walgreens is the first pharmacy in the United States to offer talking labels in every store. The talking labels help people who cannot see text on a print label. They will now be able to listen to important information about their prescriptions. The Walgreens solution also has a timer to reminder patients when to take the prescription. Back to the Walgreens press release
