Introduction
I don’t get on especially well with deck builders, but Super Motherload is a notable exception. Somehow the designers have managed to create a game that is both simpler and smarter than most of the other ones we’ve looked at here on the blog. We gave the game four stars in our review and it represents one of the most approachable takes on this peculiarly popular system that we’ve seen. Whether it’s an accessible game though is still to be decided – let’s drill down into this unyielding bedrock and see what minerals, and mistakes, we might uncover.
