Ask Soundly uses ChatGPT-4 to help people gain answers about their hearing health.

About a year ago, I profiled hearing health startup Soundly as the company was just getting off the ground. In an interview, founder and chief executive Blake Cadwell explained his company’s mission as modernizing access to hearing healthcare by linking customers with accredited audiologists in an effort to find the best hearing aids for them—and at lower prices. Having a degree of hearing loss himself, Soundly’s mission is a deeply personal endeavor, as he (and his brother) both struggled for many years to find just the right pair of hearing aids.
