The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was passed to ensure that a person with a disability is empowered to live as fulfilling and independent a life as possible. No one would expect a person with a disability to be barred from buying groceries, reading the news, or going to the bank. Yet, when the websites that offer these functions are inaccessible, that is exactly what is happening.
We at TPGi aim to change the notion that digital accessibility is a “nice to have.” We want to support every organization in prioritizing accessibility even when resources or time get tight.
