The third annual University of Arkansas Disability Awareness Recognition Awards committee is still accepting nominations for this year's awards, but nominations close at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. These awards honor people who have promoted a culture of accessibility and inclusion on the UA campus. Students, staff, faculty and community partners who have worked to improve accessibility of the campus and University programs, and those who have done the hard work to ensure inclusion and full participation of people with disabilities within our campus community are all eligible nominees.
