From being born with muscular dystrophy to raising three children on the autism spectrum, Chouaieb Nemri is a generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions architect at AWS with a multi-faceted perspective on disability inclusion.

When he joined AWS in 2022, he struggled to find consistent policies around his somewhat unique accommodations request. His job requires him to travel to meet customers to accelerate their AI, ML (machine learning), and data use cases, and his disability requires that he has a companion during the flights.
