DeepBrain AI, a deep-learning-based video synthesis company known for its patent-led technology – the generation of the world’s fastest and most realistic human-like AI avatars has recently collaborated with tech giant – Lenovo and charitable research institution –  the Scott Morgan Foundation.

The firms united to develop and deliver a hyper-realistic AI avatar specifically focused on helping someone with a debilitating disease like ALS according to an official statement by DeepBrain AI.

The foundation worked with the tech companies to help Erin Taylor, a 24-year-old woman recently diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).

This condition commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is characterized by progressive degeneration of nerve cells in the spinal cord and brain as per John Hopkins Medicine. ALS is classed as a fatal type of motor neuron disease, making it one of the most debilitating disorders impacting nerve and muscle function.
