Cybersecurity is a growing and lucrative field. It is an industry in which you can make a difference globally; however, I believe it is also an industry in which there needs to be more of a focus on diversity and inclusion, especially when it comes to hiring neurodiverse employees.
As the founder of a company that helps organizations become disability inclusion leaders, I believe there is an opportunity for cybersecurity companies to show the world what true inclusion can look like with deliberate intention.
Why is neurodiversity important in cybersecurity?
