GBDH along with co-counsel Disability Rights Advocates and Disability Rights Legal Center achieved class certification in their ongoing case against the City of Long Beach for its failure to remedy pervasive access barriers for wheelchair users throughout the City’s sidewalks and pedestrian routes.
