Steve Gleason uses Adobe’s Firefly generative AI tools to create art.

Venerable San Jose-based software maker Adobe published a blog post on Thursday in which customer communications leader for Creative Cloud Rani Mani details the company’s partnership with the Team Gleason Foundation in using its Adobe Firefly software to “break creative boundaries” for those who are part of the ALS community.
Steve Gleason, the Team Gleason Foundation’s namesake, is a former NFL player who played for the New Orleans Saints from 2000–2006. In 2011, he was diagnosed with ALS and has dedicated his life since to telling his story with and raising awareness of the incurable disease.
In the post, Mani writes in part the Team Gleason Foundation currently is “the single largest provider of technology and equipment for people living with ALS in America [and] provides technology that allows access to generative AI technologies like Adobe Firefly.” Generative AI tools, she added, [...]
