News2023 Nonprofit Trailblazer Award Goes to Bridge Multimedia

Bridge Multimedia’s Founder, Matthew Kaplowitz, was honored to receive an NYN Media Nonprofit Trailblazer Award. The New York-based award recognizes social entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders who “utilize innovative professional practices in support of their altruistic missions.” Other award recipients included executives from The Center for Disability Services, The First Tech Fund, HELP USA, and The New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation. According to Matt Kaplowitz “It’s truly humbling to be named in the company of such amazing social enterprises!”

Since its founding, in 2002, Bridge Multimedia has donated a portion of its time and resources to organizations and projects that service the disability community. Its first social undertaking was to create a free digital resource for individuals with disabilities called Emergency Info Online, a directory pertaining to disaster readiness.
