$1.4 Billion Willits Settlement Announced

On 4/1/15, GBDH, along with co-counsel Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky Wotkyns, Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center, and Disability Rights Legal Center, announced a historic $1.4 billion settlement with the City of Los Angeles to improve the accessibility of the City’s pedestrian right of way. This settlement is the largest disability access class action settlement in U.S. history.
